I am frightened. Today The Emperor has announced a bounty for information that leads to the capture of anyone involved in your rebellion. I feel like everyone's eyes are following me. I've locked myself in the house. Asok, The Emperor's secret service agent who has been getting these letters to you, has tripled his fee due to the "additional risk" of being seen with me. I doubt this justification. If he was ever seen with me he could always claim he was undercover as a secret service agent. I think he's using this as an opportunity to extort money from me. Unfortunately, I don't have much of a choice. If I don't pay him then I won't be able to reach you and he'll turn me over to the police. I've sold my jewelry to meet Asok's price. I still have my engagement ring but I do not know how long I'll be able to keep it. Know that everything that I do, I do for you my love. If I have to sell my engagement ring, it is only with the hope that it will allow me to see you again. You must be cautious. Asok has informed me that The Emperor has begun sending in creatures with <Ranged Attacks>. Other creatures appear to be <Weak> and as such will be easier for you to kill. Make sure you take the time to study your opponent to determine the best approach. Jake has been asking about you constantly. He has this crazy idea that he will break into the arena on his own and rescue you. He's such a brave boy. He takes after you.
